Introduction:
Principle of capacitive liquid level sensor: liquid medium filled between the positive and negative poles formed
the capacitance, it changes linearly with level, the variation of capacitance (i.e. the change of the liquid level) convert into standard signal output. The core components of products using the highly integrated special capacitance measurement chip, precise temperature compensation and linear correction, with high precision, high stability and continuous measurement etc..

2.Independence: It can measure the oil quantity directly to achieve the fuel consumption value, it will not be any action and without affecting to the oil system / pipeline.
3.Uniqueness: with truncation function of range, the user can do recalibration through the button, digital
output is also available with debugging software.
4. Self adjustability: according to the different size of tank, user can adjust the range of the sensor and do
installation; sensor increases temperature compensation function, correct error automatically due to fuel volume
change caused by the change of the temperature.
5. Safety: It can replace the original vehicle oil gauge directly, no need to drill in tank to install capacitance sensor, electronic cabin is explosion-proof design and get the explosion-proof certificate; sensor flange with two layers of the anti leakage groove, prevent oil leakage problems.
6. Stability:no mechanical moving parts, mature and stable circuit structure and components of good quality will make the sensor be used continuously for years without changing.
